Quality Assurance (QA) Forms
The QA Forms list provides all Quality Assurance Certifications for the selected DataMaster instrument. All available QA certifications will be displayed regardless of date range entered.
NOTE: To view all related certifications from within one PDF file, click the "Case File for #949xxx" link. The certifications within the PDF file are from January 2000 to present.
Quality Assurance Forms: Step-by-Step
To view Quality Assurance Certification Forms:
- Left click on "DataMaster Search" button.
- Enter Instrument number (i.e. 949xxx) by selecting from the list or typing it.
- Enter beginning and ending dates for the search. Please note the required format (mm/dd/yyyy). The Calendar icons can also be used to selected the dates of interest.
- Left click the "Search DataMaster Records" button.
- Left click the box titled "QA Forms" and select the PDF file of interest.
