DataMaster Repair
The DataMaster Repair page provides repair history database records relating to the selected DataMaster Instrument for the given date range. Signed Repair Affidavits are also available for viewing for the given date range.
DataMaster Repair History: Step-by-Step
To obtain Repair/Maintenance records:
- Left click on "DataMaster Search" button.
- Enter Instrument number (i.e. 949xxx) by selecting from the list or typing it.
- Enter beginning and ending dates for the search. Please note the required format (mm/dd/yyyy). The Calendar icons can also be used to selected the dates of interest.
- Left click the "Search DataMaster Records" button.
- Left click on "DataMaster Repair" heading to display the Repair/Maintenance records. A hyperlink in the Work Date column indicates that a signed Repair Certification PDF file is available for viewing.
NOTE: To view all signed Repair records from within one PDF file, January 2000 to the present, from the DataMaster Search Results page, click the "Case File for #949xxx" link.
