Case File for #XXXXXX

On the DataMaster Search Results page, there is a hyperlink titled "Case File for #xxxxxx". This link opens a single PDF which contains all signed certifications (repair, quality assurance, etc.) by date for the selected instrument from January 2000 to the present.

NOTE: If a certification of interest is not available, or a document older than January 2000 is needed, please contact your local breath test technician or the Breath Test Program at Breathtest@wsp.wa.gov.
